John Johnson and Anne Marie Smith meet through a mutual colleague. John introduces Anne Marie to the 60 Minute Strategic Plan process, which she uses to create a plan to exit the company she founded in 1995. Anne Marie executes her plan and sells her company.

John E. Johnson, CEO, the creator of the 60 Minute Strategic Plan process, has been professionally associated with strategic planning for over 50 years. On graduating from University of Western Ontario, John worked in brand, advertising and marketing management positions for 28 years. John has been a strategic management consultant and speaker helping CEOs and their management teams for over 20 years, including 14 years as chairman facilitator for Vistage International.

Anne Marie Smith, President, has over 25 years experience as a successful consultant, manager, and business owner. Before joining 60 Minute Strategic Plan, Anne Marie was co-founder and President of a high-growth business communications company that was on the Inc magazine 500 Fastest-Growing Privately-Held Company list for two years. She is also the author of two books. A dynamic speaker and instructor, Anne Marie’s passion is helping other business owners achieve and excel. Anne Marie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications.

Boris Glants, Chief Technology Officer, has over eight years experience overseeing product development and running startups. Before joining 60 Minute Strategic Plan, Boris founded ClyTel, a strategic account management software provider that helps its Fortune 1000 customers increase their market share. Boris was also the CEO of an IT consulting firm, leading it through years of triple digit revenue growth. Boris holds a Bachelor of Arts from Brandeis University in Computer Science and Masters of Fine Arts from CCA in fiction writing. He believes that all innovative software, before it is programmed into reality, must originate as a work of fiction.
